A young man, James Elgar has come up a long way within a
short span of time. With his moral outlook towards both professional as well as
social life, Elgar portrays that your hard work and commitment pays you off well
for all your deeds. While Elgar continues to pursue excellence, he has scripted
his own success story through his dedication. As he sees himself as an example
for the aspiring professionals, he continues to astonish all the people who
know him with his constant efforts towards greater heights.
From the earlier times, James Elgar was an average student
and it was in October 2012 that he realized his love for business and it was at
this stage that he left College. It was then that he started working at MOTO
Service Area in Cobham in a Gregg’s retail outlet. Working here gave him a much-needed
exposure to a better professional life. He worked in various shifts in an
attempt to understand the working environment and meet deadlines on time. His
excellent skills helped him to reach the ladder of success and because of his talent,
he was promoted to the position of a supervisor in the early September of 2013.
He handled several responsibilities such as managing stock rotation, handles money,
and also headed a team of four people and assigned work shifts to them. In
addition to this, he was also responsible for resolving customer complaints. He
was grateful about whatever came up his way.
Later on in June 2014, Elgar was appointed to the position
of a customer sales executive at Ansett Aircraft Aviation Services located in
Wey bridge. It gave him an opportunity to explore his achievements in the aviation
industry to get fruitful results.
